         I believe humans are progressive beings. We constantly look for betterment and through our intelligence we improve ourselves and the things around us. May it be the way of life, the customs, the ethics, the ideas, the researches and inventions ; we rise above the status of animals and foresters and become civilized. Civilization has been a part of our Culture. Civilization depicts the progress of the physical state whereas culture depicts the progress of the mental state. Human beings are not only composed of body but also a mind and a soul. Food can lower the hunger of the body but the mind and the soul remain unfulfilled. To satisfy the mind and the soul, humans made several developments and that is what we call as 'Culture'. Religion and Philosophy are the result of human curiosity. Being a part of a traditional family, my love for Indian culture and traditions grew immensely over the years. I have always been fascinated by how cultures have evolved over the time. The culture and practices in the cities are changing rapidly but in Villages they stay rooted to it. Having grown up in a village atmosphere and having lived the city life, my works are a blend of lifestyle of our ancestors and its value, how it has impacted on us, worship of the nature, and practices. I believe in solidarity and the undying faith among human beings. Culture is the base and the way of life. The food, the clothes, the languages and the gods we worship are a part of civilization but they might as well be called as Culture. In simple words, culture is a symbol of the way we think and work. Culture includes the intangible/non - abstract expressions and the mindset and the traditions we carry in succession as members of a family and society. And thus, I believe all the achievements of human beings are inspired by their culture.

ART GALLERY : ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜಗಲಿಯಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ. ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಅನೇಕ ಮಜಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೂ ಒಂದು. ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿದ ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮವಾಗಿ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿಗಳು ಸಹಕರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಅನೇಕ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. 

      ಇಂತಹ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನೇಕರು ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಡುವಂತ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವರಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇರೋದೇ ಗೊತ್ತಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ..... ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಡಿನ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೂ ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೂ ಸೇತುವೆಯಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜಗಲಿಯಿಂದ.....

       ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಮಾಡಲುದ್ದೇಶಿಸುವ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾಪ್ರಿಯರು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಕಲಾವಿದರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
