     Since, i was born in a Brahmin family, it was normal for me to be surrounded with the rituals, puranas devotions, chants as well listing to the narratives of the Gods, Goddess and the demons. However Can say that most of the mythological concepts of India was what i was seeing and listening all around me. This experience since the childhood deep routed the belives towards my religion and culture with in me. Hence these experiences provoked me to work with the concept of Indian mythology which i hav been listing since many days . The experience which i have gained is what i wanted to give in my paintings. 

    So coming to the subject and the title of the painting , 'The Bhagiratha'. 

At initial point let's get to know all the narratives in related to this painting. 

              

ART GALLERY : ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜಗಲಿಯಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ. ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಅನೇಕ ಮಜಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೂ ಒಂದು. ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿದ ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮವಾಗಿ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿಗಳು ಸಹಕರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಅನೇಕ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. 

      ಇಂತಹ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನೇಕರು ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಡುವಂತ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವರಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇರೋದೇ ಗೊತ್ತಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ..... ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಡಿನ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೂ ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೂ ಸೇತುವೆಯಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿತ್ರಕಲಾ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜಗಲಿಯಿಂದ.....
